Holy Trinity Chapel

The Holy Trinity Chapel was built at the end of the 19th century in eclectic style by Barbu Stirbey for his wife.
Barbu Stirbey was nicknamed the White Prince by Queen Marie, King Ferdinand’s wife, was a very important politician. He was president of the Council of Ministers, as interim minister of finance and foreign affairs, honorary member of the Romanian Academy, and he was also the manager of royal domains and a member of the board of great banks, companies and industrial works. As a result, Barbu Stirbey was incredibly wealthy
The church has murals painted by the famous artist Gh. Tatarescu.
